The holidays are such an important time for small businesses. The money they make between Halloween and New Year can make or break their entire fiscal year. With so many small businesses closing this year due to covid, let’s try to help give some owners (and boss babes, because I’m very proud to tell you that most of this list is female-owned and operated) some support to see them through these tough times. Below is a list of 50 amazing small businesses to support in your holiday shopping. Please help this list grow by adding your favorite small businesses in the comments.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to deck out in shades of pink, white, and red. My affordable Valentine’s Day Style Guide includes items as low as $5. Many items are on clearance or sale, so start shopping before they’re gone!
Let’s be honest… gift-giving is fun, but it can be so difficult. And so expensive! So instead of giving you the typical “list for him/her” with items that might cost a small fortune, I have broken this list down into several categories and kept things pretty affordable. There is a ton of room for crossover in these categories, so make sure to browse them all, and don’t forget to leave a comment letting me know what you got or are adding to your own shopping or wishlist!
With our recent move, I missed my June Favorites post, so I’m happy to revive it this month. I’ve doubled down on this post by including a bunch of things that I would have liked to include in the June post if life (and 800 boxes) hadn’t gotten in the way. This month’s favorites cover some favorites in home, beauty, and style. Enjoy!
Prime Day is here (and almost over!) again! I spent hours online combing through the deals and talking myself in and out of putting items in my basket. Ultimately, I remembered I’m poor, so I only walked away with a few items. See my tiny haul and some Prime Day tips for this holiest of online holidays!
My next monthly installments of favorites is here! This month, find goods for the home, add some wow to dinner, a Free People Dupe, and more!
By now I’m sure you all know by know that I’m addicted to online shopping, so I’ve decided to start doing a monthly round up of some of my favorite items, complete with links.
Tomorrow is Shop Small Saturday, and I have some very special shops and businesses that you can support this Saturday and every day. These businesses are privately owned labors of love, owned by amazing and talented people who love what they do. Iโm sure they would love a little extra support this holiday season, and to sweeten the deal, many of them are offering discount codes and amazing deals right now!
Living with a tiny bathroom is a challenge. It has to be both functional and cute, and with a budget, that’s a little tricky.
Luckily, I was able to update and organize my bathroom for about $65! It’s still just as small, but a few well-chosen updates have given it a fresh feeling, and the color scheme and absence of the unnecessary items I’ve tossed out make it feel a little bigger and brighter.
